Marc Andiel is the co-founder of 52 Degrees, LLC (https://52degrees.com/) an M&A consulting firm specializing in technology, business, and operations advisory services, as well as providing executive consulting / services to organizations nearing an M&A transaction to best maximize valuation.
Marc also serves as the co-founder & CBO of Dataken Inc, a Product & Data company specializing in Data Science practices of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Predictive Models to envision, design, and productize Platform Software Solutions with forward-looking data monetization capabilities.
52 Degrees has successfully assisted various organizations in increasing their valuation before an exit, assimilated companies they purchased, and assisted with due diligence and final deal creation. The founders have also served as interim CEO/COO/CTO capacities before, during, and after successful company exit transactions.
Dataken most recently introduced OLi (https://getoli.ai/) to the market to take advantage of a void that exists in regard to Human Analytics inside Small, Medium, and Enterprise businesses. Marc initially served as CEO, readying our company for the market, and now serves as Chief Business Officer, leading partnerships and investor relations.
Marc’s experience includes over 20 years in the healthcare and information technology sectors focused on all levels of business management & operations. During his career, he has held a variety of roles. A consummate professional, Marc is as comfortable in a boardroom as he is working hand in hand with end users and business partners.
Marc co-founded Accent on Integration (AOI), a Healthcare IT company, in 2006. At AOI, he led it through the startup phase, introduced products and services to the healthcare market, worked with large EMR & HIE vendors to white label AOI products and services into their offerings, and then negotiated the acquisition of AOI in 2013 for a successful exit strategy.
After similar stints with Iatric and HealthGrid, both resulting in successful exits, a career transition resulted in 52 Degrees’ creation in 2017.
Marc volunteers in various capacities in youth sports in his free time. He has two daughters who are currently in college, and he has been happily married for over 20 years. Marc holds an executive MBA from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University.
